The view at this hotel is absolutely breathtaking! And the waterpark? Mind-blowing! The animation team was super attentive and the shows were jaw-dropping. The retail shops had fair prices and the food was deliciously served. The young and friendly staff made our stay even more amazing. Highly recommendable hotel!

New hotel, attentive staff, excellent facilities. Delicious food, spacious and clean rooms. Language barrier overcome by efficient room cleaning system. Secure parking, stunning sea view. The food is good, infrastructure for children is very good, location is also very good. Most of the staff is very nice with the exception of the receptionists. Pools are crowded but clean. The beach is also crowded but clean and well organized. Rooms are of good size. They have a branch of a major clinic of Kusadasi inside the hotel, which is very good for families with small children.

- Receptionists are always angry and without any patience. They also speak poor english even though most of the guests are foreigners. Rooms are not very clean and not well cleaned.

The room was FILTHY.The rooms and bathrooms are disgusting.The food was acceptable (definitely not a 4 stars hotel food).The ac is not 24 hours and ours was leaking all night.The hotel management decides the ac timings. Appearances fool.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. Enjoyed the wonderful sea view and the spacious room with a huge bed, plus the regular supply of bottled water was a nice touch. The location was great, close to the beach and easy access to transportation. The food was a highlight with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The noise level around the main pool during the day was overwhelming, and some guests hogged the sun loungers by reserving them with towels and not using them. The communal toilets and shared areas were sometimes dirty.

Terrible hotel! The hotel is old and shabby. Rooms are dirty. All the windows in the hotel are dirty. The hotel should be renovated as soon as possible. Bathroom was horrible. This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is inpolite and they don't care about anything. Especially recepcionsts. The towels were old. It is incredible that you can not turn on air conditioning during the day. It is the hotel's policy that you can use ac only during specific time. I would never go back to this hotel.

We loved the hotel's central location, just a short ride from the city center by minibus. The cleanliness was excellent and staff members were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a variety of options and the hotel facilities were great, including a private beach area.

Cleaning services were terrible. This is the worst thing about this hotel: in our case, the room floor was not cleaned thoughtout our stay. I have feeling that cleaning lady was more busy sorting out our personal belongings than cleaning, toilet was not cleaned, nor floor. Cleaning services in this hotel were the worst I have seen in years. Furthermore, lines for food - one could not wait for meet, the line for chicken or fish was insane.. People waiting in line for a fish for an hour or more.. Lines for food, unbelievable.. To be fair, hotel personnel was pleasant but still... I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Located close to popular restaurants on Ladies Beach and a small local market, this hotel is in a prime location. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and offer stunning views of the nearby beach. The daily room service is prompt and the breakfast provided is delicious. The pool is well-maintained and the private beach is a great advantage. The hotel also provides a gym, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Although the gym is well-equipped, there are not enough traditional weightlifting machines.

My stay at Infinity By Yelken Aquapark&Resorts was fantastic! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. Our stay at this hotel was luxurious. The spa facilities were impressive, with a range of exclusive amenities available including a jacuzzi and heated indoor swimming pool. The beauty treatments were top-notch and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The beach access was convenient and we enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The live entertainment at night was a highlight of our trip.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the poolside snack bar, which was slow and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. But this was a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic stay.

The value for money was great and the room was comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to a private beach. The staff, especially Serkin, were hospitable and made our stay enjoyable. A definite recommendation.

More variety of breakfast items would have made it even better.
